Nightingale Hammerson and St. Christopher’s Hospice proudly hosted a two-day conference on the 1st and 2nd of October 2024.

This event was a valued opportunity to discuss research areas in dementia care, end-of-life care  and healthy ageing. We proudly welcomed speakers from hospices, care homes, social care, among others, who shared their expertise on a variety of topics with the audience.

We look forward to our next step in this partnership, to further demonstrate how care homes and hospices can work together to provide better care for the older communities.
